Sean Parker $lapped after nups

Facebook co-founder Sean Parker shelled out $10 million for his fantasy weekend wedding in Big Sur — and now, he’s being slapped with $2.5 million in fines for the dream nuptials.

The moneybags newlywed built the equivalent of an elaborate movie set by a “Lord of the Rings’’ designer near the protected forest’s classic towering redwoods and a stream that contained threatened steelhead trout.

The project included fake ruins, waterfalls, a cottage and staircases, not to mention a rockin’ dance floor amid the flora and fauna.

Problem was, Parker didn’t get the proper permits required for the extravaganza, officials said. The California Coastal Commission, an independent state agency, called Parker on the carpet after a local resident ratted him out.

Also in hot water are the owners of the closed campground where he staged the event.

The commission discovered the environmental breech before the wedding, but by then, the sets had already all been built.

Officials agreed to let the nuptials go on after Parker immediately started negotiating a deal.

The two sides settled on the $2.5 million figure, money that could be used for such projects as building new hiking trails and to fund grants to nonprofits for their conservation efforts, commission reps said.

The royal-like nuptials between the Napster co-founder and former Facebook president, 33, and blond-maned singer Alexandra Lenas, 24, on Saturday drew guests from Sting and wife Trudie Styler to Emma Watson, Sean Lennon and Newark Mayor Cory Booker.

Parker — who was played by Justin Timberlake in the Facebook flick “The Social Network’’ — also agreed to produce an educational video or mobile app to better help people identify which coastal areas are open to the public as part of the settlement.

“Mr. Parker has been extremely cooperative,” said Charles Lester, the commission’s executive director.
