Peter Dinklage steals the show at ‘Thrones’ premiere party

Peter Dinklage proved he’s reached sex symbol status Tuesday when he was surrounded by admirers at the “Game of Thrones” season premiere bash at the Museum of Natural History.

But Dinklage, who plays hard-drinking, womanizing Tyrion, says he is nothing like his character.

“I don’t have any similarities. I wouldn’t last a second [in Westeros],” he told a reporter.

Emilia Clarke says people barely recognize her without the white-blond wig. She told us, “I get double takes like, ‘Are you my neighbor or my cousin, or did I see you at that wedding that one time?’ ”

Lena Headey, who plays scheming Cersei, said fans of the show “usually [embrace] me, saying, ‘You’re such a [bleeping] bitch,’ so I take that as a compliment.”

But that wasn’t the strangest fan encounter. “I was [physically] picked up once by this guy in London,” Isaac Hempstead-Wright — who plays paralyzed Bran Stark — told us. “I was kind of upside down, halfway horizontal, which was an experience.”

Fans can expect more sex in the already very sex-filled show, including some male nudity.

Liam Cunningham, who plays Davos Seaworth, told us, “There is male nudity,” adding, “Even women will look at the naked woman. They are more aesthetically pleasing . . . than some guy digging a hole somewhere.”

HBO pulled out all the stops for the over-the-top event, treating guests to a performance by the New York Philharmonic, installing a dragon at Lincoln Center for the screening, then hosting a lavish party at the Museum of Natural History with the stars and costumes from the set.
