Director Barry Levinson’s upcoming movie “Rock the Kasbah” — starring Bruce Willis, Kate Hudson, Bill Murray, Danny McBride, Shia LaBeouf and Zooey Deschanel — sold on the first day of the Berlin International Film Festival on Thursday.

The planned film is about a washed-up rock manager who takes his last remaining act on a USO tour of Afghanistan. It will film in June.

LA-based Open Road Films bought the rights to the indie comedy a day after buying upcoming thriller “Triple Nine,” starring Chiwetel Ejiofor, Casey Affleck and Kate Winslet.

Murray was in Berlin to present Wes Anderson’s “The Grand Budapest Hotel” as the fest’s opening film, with co-stars Ralph Fiennes and Edward Norton.
