Katy Perry celebrated her new album, “Teenage Dream,” with a top-secret party at the new Gansevoort Park Avenue hotel Tuesday night. Friends, record label honchos and fiancé Russell Brand all turned out.
“Katy and Russell seem to be really in love,” said one observer. “Russell was very animated, hands all over the place, pelvis, everywhere, but he was very polite.” Also there was an oversized cake covered in gummy bears, lollipops and other sweet things, playing off Perry’s candyland-themed video for “California Gurls.”
