Dr. Dre celebrates Apple buying Beats: ‘First billionaire in hip-hop’

Grab your headphones — so you don’t have to hear him!

Hip-hop mogul Dr. Dre released a foul-mouthed video bragging that he’s a billionaire — after insiders revealed Apple plans to buy his popular headphones company, Beats Entertainment, for a record $3.2 billion.

In the expletive-filled YouTube video, posted on Friday, the 49-year-old “Nuthin’ but a G Thang” rapper points at the camera and boasts that he struck it rich.

“The first billionaire in hip-hop! Right here from the motherf–king West Coast. Better believe it,” he yells.

His lesser known R&B singer pal Tyrese — who filmed the cocky rant in a music studio — whoops and hollers that Dre is drunk.

“The homie is drunk off of Heinekens! Billionaire boys club, for real homie. F–k y’all,” he brags. “The Forbes list just changed!”

Dre, whose real name is Andre Young, won’t be a billionaire, though. The net worth of the deal after taxes would be $800 million, not enough for the Forbes 400.

The obnoxious video — titled “Hip Hop’s First Billionaire: Dr. Dre & Tyrese Celebrate in the Studio 5/9/14” — comes one day after news broke that Apple is in talks to buy Beats Entertainment, which Dre co-created.

On Friday, insiders confirmed Apple offered Beats Electronics $3.2 billion to buy the firm, which launched a popular music-steaming service along with its trendy “Beats by Dr. Dre” headphones, which sell for $140 to $380.

Apple is in the market for a subscription-based music service to complement its “iRadio.”

Beats Electronics co-creator Jimmy Iovine may also become a “special adviser” to Apple on creative matters, sources told The Post on Thursday.
