A day after checking out surfer paintings by Raymond Pettibon on the Upper East Side, Leonardo DiCaprio hit Randalls Island for a VIP preview of the Frieze Art Fair.

In his signature newsboy cap, the star was seen perusing booths with director Spike Jonze.

Michael Stipe, Michael Bloomberg, Uma Thurman, Kim Gordon and Beastie Boy Mike D also checked out art while designers Marc Jacobs and Raf Simons were seen lunching at a temporary outpost of Bushwick’s Roberta’s.

Island pop-up spots have also been launched by Frankies Spuntino, Marlow & Sons, Mission Cantina, Momofuku Milk Bar, the Fat Radish and Gap. This year’s Frieze includes 190 galleries from 28 countries and runs through Monday.
