Jennifer Aniston denied she is in despair about being in her forties and not yet having a child, in an interview released Wednesday.
“It’s not what you read. There’s no desperation [about getting pregnant]. If it’s meant to be, it’s meant to be,” she told Elle magazine in its November issue.
“I’m at peace with whatever the plan is,” she added.
Aniston’s ex-husband, Brad Pitt, has gained fame for his brood with current partner, Angelina Jolie, sparking rumors of Aniston’s jealousy over his high profile family life.
Aniston and Pitt married in 2000 but divorced in 2005 after Pitt reportedly had an affair with Jolie, his “Mr. & Mrs. Smith” co-star.
Together the Jolie-Pitts have six children.
Meanwhile, the former “Friends” star, 42, has had a series of high-profile relationships since her split from Pitt and is currently dating Justin Theroux, 40.
