After initiating the Times Square ball drop and kissing Mayor Bloomberg for the 40th anniversary of “Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve,” Lady Gaga invited her famous friends back to Joanne Trattoria, the restaurant Gaga co-owns with her father, for an after-party.

The “Marry the Night” singer did a fourth costume change for the night to fulfill her hosting duties, putting on a white dress and cape along with jewel-encrusted tights.

Jenny McCarthy was one of the first celebs spotted entering Gaga’s soiree, wearing a white tuxedo jacket and bright red lipstick. Earlier in the night, McCarthy had grabbed a New York police officer for a lengthy midnight kiss.

“Rock of Ages” star Julianne Hough also attended Gaga’s party in a bright red frock. She brought with her boyfriend Ryan Seacrest, who hosted the Dick Clark special, as well as brother Derek Hough.

Ashley Tisdale also made an appearance at Gaga’s fete with her new beau, Martin Johnson of the band Boys Like Girls.

Lady Gaga invested in Joanne’s along with father, Joseph Germanotta. The establishment is named after Germanotta’s sister, who died at age 19. Joanne also happens to be Gaga’s middle name.

In an interview with Katie Couric in November, Gaga talked about the experience of opening the restaurant.

“My dad, it was always his dream to open a restaurant,” she said, tearing up. “Watching my dad put up the awning in front of 68th Street two blocks from where I grew up in a beautiful brownstone where they make Italian food, and to watch him open the restaurant of his dreams and have it called Joanne after his sister, that’s wealth. That’s the dream.”
