Kim and Kourtney Kardashian have officially descended upon New York City to hype the upcoming season of “Kim and Kourtney Take Miami.” The last time they were in the city for an extended period, Kim was talking babies with Kris Humphries. Now, she’s pregnant with another man’s child while he’s enjoying being a single man about town.

Kardashian “is definitely, finally starting to look pregnant,” an insider tells Page Six. “It’s like she doesn’t want to admit it yet, because she’s still squeezing into stuff that doesn’t really fit her, but she’s clearly wider, even if she doesn’t have a bump yet. She looks uncomfortable most of the time. But she’s a professional, she’ll power through it.”

She’s especially willing to deal with the difficulties of pregnancy, she says, because doctors once told her she had fertility problems.

‘It’s kind of a miracle that I even got pregnant,’ she told Kathie Lee Gifford and Hoda Kotb on the Today show on Tuesday. ‘Khloe has been very open about her fertility issues and I think I was always really kind of quiet about mine, and I have similar issues.’

While she talks to hosts about town about every detail of her pregnancy, her ex, meanwhile, has been hitting the town almost every night. On January 11, he checked out EMM Group’s hot new LES restaurant, The General, with a group of 15. “He was very friendly and had a great time,” a source tells Page Six. On January 13, after a solid game for the Nets against the Indiana Pacers, he refueled with friends at his favorite steakhouse, STK.

And Monday night was boys’ night with his friends Stafford Schlitt, Mike Russell and Dan Rieger of RSR Hospitality Group, and at the opening of their new sports bar, The Royal. (Fellow co-owners Brian Krawitz and Eric Sherman owned the previous incarnation of the space, The Forum.)

Humphries kept it low-key, away from both the bar and the many girls gathered at the event. In fact, a source tells Page Six, he had a staff security member by his side for part of the night, helping to rebuff would-be Kim 2.0s.

But with Kardashian moving on in a life different than viewers saw on the last season of her show, so is Humphries. “He goes out to eat sometimes because he’s young, single and rich in New York,” a source tells Page Six. “But he’s 100% committed to basketball and his recent games speak for themselves.”
