Jennifer Lawrence turned down ‘Inside the Actors Studio’

Jennifer Lawrence won’t be answering James Lipton’s tough questions any time soon, as her publicist nixed an offer to appear on “Inside the Actors Studio.”

“Do you know how much that guy would hate me?” she said about the professor/host during her interview with Entertainment Weekly. “’Tell me about your method?’ There is no method! I never know my lines! He would be horrified.”

The iconic show sees Lipton interviewing actors about their background and craft in front of an audience of acting students.

The actress, who received her second Oscar nomination last week for her performance in “Silver Linings Playbook,” also said she’s too young to appear on the long-running Bravo series.

“I love that show but I’m not old enough. I’m not at a place yet where I can look back and think ‘Oh this how I….’ I’m not ready. And, please, I’m an animal.”

The frequently irreverent star even managed to steer the conversation onto farting after a peculiar smell wafted through the Trump Waikiki balcony lounge bar where the interview took place.

“I assume you think it was me but I swear it wasn’t,” she said.

In her Golden Globes acceptance speech Sunday night, Lawrence first opened with a quote from “The First Wives Club” (“I beat Meryl!”). The joke fell to the sound of crickets.

“I never know what’s going to come out of my mouth and that’s what always gets me in trouble,” she told EW.
