The “Gossip Girl” actor was spotted making out with a pretty blonde while hanging out with his brother-in-law, Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo, at PH-D at the Dream Downtown on Friday, says a spy. “They were at a table surrounded by a group of girls,” says the witness. “Chace was making out with a blond girl throughout the night.” The rep for the Cowboys told us, “I have no idea. Chace is his brother-in-law.” Romo married Crawford’s sister Candice in May 2011.
