Kelly Bensimon could be popping up on “Real Housewives of New York.” We’re told the former model, who was on the program’s Seasons 2 through 4, filmed a scene for a single episode two weeks ago and may appear again in the future. However, another source says Bensimon has not been asked to return as a permanent fixture and may not even make the guest spot. “She just happened to be at an event they were filming for the show,” says the insider. “She may not even make it. They’re still editing it.”
