Pals of Lamar Odom are pushing the NBA star to get help for “an unspecified drug problem,” according to an ESPN report.
Odom’s agent Jeff Schwartz wouldn’t confirm where the hoopster is staying, but a source told the sports site that friends are trying to get Odom into treatment.
It was reported over the weekend that Odom was on a drug-induced bender after his reality TV star wife Khloe Kardashian kicked him out.
Odom’s agent Jeff Schwartz denied reports to ESPN today that Odom was “missing.”

“His wife knows exactly where he is.”
Meanwhile, the pair have “effectively” separated although they have yet to seek out divorce lawyers, according to a report from TMZ.
The couple have been apart since last Wednesday when Kardashian tried to stage an intervention for Odom, who is allegedly addicted to crack cocaine.
During the intervention, Kardashian made it clear to Odom that their marriage would be over unless he sought treatment.
According to the gossip site, Odom refused Kardashian’s demand and he was subsequently kicked to the curb.
Even though the Kardashian-Odom union seems to be in tatters, Kardashian took to Twitter yesterday to defend her marriage.
“Really hard to sit here and listen to people talk s–t about my family! F–k you and shame on you! I’m too protective for this s–t!” Khloe tweeted.
While Kardashian seems to be standing by her man, if the situation worsens and the pair divorce, there won’t be too many details to hammer out.
Khloe’s mom Kris Jenner apparently demanded an airtight prenup when Kardashian and Odom married after their four-weeklong courtship.
