Chris Brown has lucked out again.

The Grammy-winning singer found out he won’t be prosecuted for allegedly attacking a woman at a California club back in June, TMZ reports.

Clubgoer Deanna Gines told authorities that the hip-hop artist “violently shoved her down” at Heat Ultra Lounge, causing “serious” injury to her knee.

The club’s owner, however, said the 24-year-old was making things up.

Video surfaced of Gines walking on her “damaged” leg shortly after the alleged scuffle.

Due to lack of evidence, the Anaheim City Attorney’s office rejected the case.

Earlier this month, the performer had a hit-and-run driving charge dismissed after claiming he accidently gave the wrong insurance information to the woman whose Mercedes he struck.
