Michael Jackson’s daughter Paris is “doing much better” after a suicide attempt in June, her grandmother has said.
“She is in a good place, getting the help she needs,” Katherine Jackson, the late pop star’s mother, told Hello! magazine.
Paris, 15, was rushed to hospital from the family home in Los Angeles after cutting her wrists and swallowing a large number of over-the-counter painkillers.
She is now being treated in a secluded residential facility which specializes in helping troubled youngsters.
“She is doing much better,” said Jackson. “The treatment is going good, really good. She’s my baby. It’s hard for me, really hard.
