Stephanie Pratt’s ex settles Ferrari case

Stephanie Pratt’s ex-boyfriend Julien Chabbott, who allegedly ran over a cop’s foot with his Ferrari, has agreed to pay him a settlement, Page Six has exclusively learned.

The unidentified NYPD officer was giving Chabbott’s car a parking ticket outside the Mercer Hotel in August 2012 when the Internet entrepreneur got into his bright red Ferrari 458 Spider and inched forward.

The cop was caught on video warning, “Stop, stop” and then yelling, “You ran down my f - - ing foot! Assault a f - - ing officer?”

Pratt watched as Chabbott was hauled out and handcuffed.

The criminal case against Chabbott, who owns social media site Line Snob, was dropped because the officer suffered no long-term injury, but a civil battle ensued.

Chabbott’s criminal case lawyer Ben Brafman, who didn’t handle the civil case, said, “The contact was incidental. The officer claimed the car ran over his foot, but . . . in the video, the car lurches an inch or two forward, and grazes [his] pant leg.”

As for why the $260,000 car moved forward, “It’s a Ferrari. It almost moves by itself,” Brafman told reporters.

He denied Thursday the confidential settlement could reach $250,000.

“Any suggestion [of] a large settlement is preposterous,” he said. Chabbott’s lawyer Meaghan A. Dolce was unavailable.

The cop’s lawyers — Louis Grandelli and Sal Strazzullo — wouldn’t comment.
