David Geffen has bought Courtney Sale Ross’ East Hampton estate for a little over $50 million, sources tell Page Six.

It is believed Geffen agreed to a deal in the “low-50 millions” for the sprawling home, known as the Cody House, which is on close to six acres. Ross is the widow of the late Time Warner CEO Steve Ross, whose nickname was “Cody.”

The Post’s Jennifer Gould Keil reports the estate, on what is said to be East Hampton’s most prestigious private lane between Georgica Pond and the ocean, comes with panoramic views and 481 feet of frontage on the pond and a dock. It includes a 7,500-square-foot main house and a three-bedroom guest house with a barn.

Neighbors include Steven Spielberg, Kelly Klein and Harry Macklowe.

Geffen currently owns the city’s most expensive co-op: a $54 million penthouse triplex which he bought from Denise Rich before she gave up her US citizenship for a European tax haven.

Meanwhile, Ross has recently been downsizing her portfolio, selling her Park Avenue apartment for $52.5 million last year.
