Zach Galifianakis got a bit verklempt when he saw his ex-manager Cary Hoffman’s one-man show about a lifelong Frank Sinatra obsession. The “Hangover” star was spotted backstage after Hoffman’s off-Broadway act, “My Sinatra,” saying he got choked up twice during the show, in which Hoffman — known as “Old Jew Eyes” and “Vice Chairman of the Board” because of his spot-on Sinatra stylings — describes his lonely Long Island childhood.
