LA prosecutors have declined to file a misdemeanor battery charge against Justin Bieber related to a May scuffle with a paparazzo citing a lack of evidence to corroborate the photographer's claims that the pop star kicked and hit him. A document obtained by AP states that three LA County sheriff's investigators found no visible injuries, video or photographs to confirm the photographer's story. AP

Looks like Justin Bieber’s week is slowing getting better.

Not only is the teen heartthrob on the mend with his flame Selena Gomez, a new report from TMZ claims that he will not be charged with battery for allegedly beating up a paparazzo back in May.

The photog claimed that he got into a physical altercation with the teenybopper in Calabasas that resulted in a call to 911. There were no reports that the “victim” sustained a serious injury (but come on, the 18-year-old can fit in our back pocket).

The LA County DA’s Office decided not to move ahead with the case because of conflicting witness accounts and a lack of evidence.
