Miley Cyrus’ parents are heading for a divorce after mom Tish filed for papers yesterday, citing irreconcilable differences.

This comes nearly three years after Billy Ray filed for a divorce, but the country singer changed his mind five months later, saying he wanted to work on the marriage.

The couple have been married for 19 years and have five children together, including their pop star daughter Miley, 20, Braison, 10, Noah, 13, as well as Brandi, 26, and Trace, 24, from Tish’s first marriage.

Tish is requesting primary physical and legal custody of their daughter, Noah, with visitation rights for “Achy Breaky Heart” crooner, according to documents filed with LA Superior Court. She’s also seeking spousal support and attorney’s fees.

“This is a personal matter and we are working to find a resolution that is in the best interest of our family. We ask that you respect our privacy at this time,” Tish, 53, told People in a statement.

In a separate statement to the magazine, Billy Ray, 51, said, “This is a personal matter and we are doing what is in the best interest of our family. We ask that you respect our privacy at this time.”

Interestingly, Miley tweeted at her father last night, @billyraycyrus, “since your texts and email obviously aren’t working would you like to talk like this?”
