The Duchess of Cambridge successfully pulled off a Cruella De Vil-inspired frock, looking radiant in black and white Dalmatian print.

The eight-months pregnant royal stepped out in Southampton, England today to name Princess Cruises latest ship, the Royal Princess. The event is her last solo engagement before she is due to give birth in mid-July.

We’re sure that no puppies were harmed in the making of the $265 Hobbs water-resistant coat. She completed the ensemble with black heels and a fascinator hat for the event.

The official ceremony involved smashing a bottle over the hull of the ship and a performance by the Royal Marines Band and the pipers of the Irish Guards. Singer Natasha Bedingfield also performed during the ceremony.
