Rosie O’Donnell sells her fancy digs

Rosie O’Donnell has sold her Star Island mansion for $16.5 million, below its original $19.5 million asking price. She bought the Miami property in 1999 from the Ethiopian Zion Coptic Church, known for its pot-smoking, Rastafarian parishioners. The listing brokers were Douglas Elliman’s Pablo Alfaro and Dennis Mangone, reports The Post’s Jennifer Gould Keil. Mangone’s also listed O’Donnell’s Greenwich Village apartment at 130 W. 12th St., which she bought last year for $8 million. She’s listing the roomy four-bedroom with outdoor space — in the new 42-unit luxury condo building created from an old St. Vincent’s Hospital facility — for a whopping $10.95 million. “Rosie loved the apartment but needs more space,” a spy said. Another source added, “Rosie sold the Star Island home because she was hardly getting down there with her kids’ busy schedules.” She’s selling the 12th Street place because she “prefers suburban life. [Her] baby Dakota’s only 5 months old,” the source said. O’Donnell also has four other kids.
