The 21-year-old model was snapped wearing a translucent black dress with white flowers and a large see-through section across her substantial assets.
American babe Kate is rumoured to be dating lucky 33-year-old dancer Maksim although the couple have still not admitted to being an item.
The pair were snapped while out for a romantic dinner at Catch restaurant in New York’s fashionable meat-packing district.
When grilled on the relationship by “Extra,” Chmerkovskiy said: “What? We go way back.”
