It makes sense that film financier Worldview Entertainment has taken over actress/fitness guru Jane Fonda’s old New York office: Having six movies in the Toronto Film Festival will leave execs run ragged. (They include “Devil’s Knot” with Colin Firth and Reese Witherspoon, “Joe” with Nicolas Cage, and Eli Roth’s “The Green Inferno.”)

Led by Christopher Woodrow, the company celebrated Saturday at a Bungalow 8 pop-up party.

Although Worldview revamped Fonda’s penthouse at Broadway and 38th — including an upper level with screening room, bar and patio — some of her spirit remains: Custom Nikes were created for hard-charging staff, and a fitness instructor visits twice a week.
