The morning after photos surfaced of their sprawling, $20 million love lair now under construction, Moynahan looked “absolutely forlorn,” according to onlookers who saw her eating breakfast at Locanda Verde in TriBeCa. Diners also noted “dark circles” under the actress’ eyes. But a source close to Moynahan says that she’s simply “been under the weather.”
