Actor Stephen Baldwin was arrested in upper Manhattan for allegedly driving with a suspended license early Friday, police sources said.

He was stopped in a 2013 gold Ford Explorer at West 156 Street and Broadway in the Sugar Hill neighborhood around 6:45 a.m., the sources said. Baldwin had an expired Texas registration and suspended license.

He was driving northbound on Broadway just before cops stopped him.

Baldwin spent nearly five hours cooped up at the station house before he strolled out of the command at 11:25 a.m., police sources said.

He has been charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle which is considered a misdemeanor offense and was slapped with two violations-driving an unregistered vehicle and driving with a suspended license.

On Aug. 23, 2012,  the younger brother of fiery Alec Baldwin and the co-star of “The Usual Suspects” was arrested in Harlem for making an illegal U-turn.

Baldwin lives in Rockland County.

He is due back in Manhattan Criminal Court on June 16.
