Katy Perry appears to have rebounded from her rebound with male model Baptiste Giabiconi. The “Teenage Dream” singer, who is in the middle of a divorce from comedian Russell Brand, looked very cozy with Florence + the Machine guitarist Robert Ackroyd this weekend at Coachella.
Perry and Ackroyd were spotted holding hands and hugging tightly during the second weekend of the music and arts festival in Indio, California. The two appeared giddy as they strolled through the festival grounds together. As they took in a performance, Perry leaned back against Ackroyd and he wrapped his arms around her waist. The two even were snapped kissing, Ackroyd’s hand traveling down toward Perry’s posterior.

Perhaps in an ode to her single “Firework,” Perry sported a firework-print cropped top and short set to event, in a lilac color that complemented her purple hair. Meanwhile, Ackroyd looked every bit the rock star in jeans and a white t-shirt, his multiple arm tattoos on display.
Ackroyd certainly enjoyed himself at the event. While he tweeted afterward, “Best Coachella ever. Scratch that, best weekend ever. Dre, Snoop, Pac, Nate, Fiddy & KP,” it appears that Perry should have come a little earlier in the list.
Perry was recently linked to model Giabiconi, who Page Six revealed was even considering a move from Paris to Los Angeles to be closer to the woman he was “smitten” with.
The “Teenage Dream” singer will not officially be a single woman until the summer, when her divorce from Russell Brand is finalized. Brand filed for divorce from Perry on Dec. 30, after the two spent the holidays apart.
