“Jersey Shore” star Snooki’s lawyers are investigating how nude and topless pictures said to be of the reality star leaked online.
The raunchy pictures, which appear to have been taken on a mobile phone by Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi herself before she was pregnant, appeared on website egotastic.com late last week.
Snooki’s ex Emilio Masella insists he’s not the snoop who leaked naked photos of the “Jersey Shore” star.
According to Web site TMZ, Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi’s ex-flame Masella contends he, “never even saw [the pictures] before they hit the web.” He says of the racy nude and topless photos, “I honestly don’t care. I’m trying to get rid of trash in my life … I’m done with her and moving on with my own career.”
Online suspicion turned to Masella, who previously got himself in hot water for telling TMZ after news of Snooki’s pregnancy broke, “Not to be rude or anything, but I hope she has a miscarriage.” He also was quoted saying that Snooki would marry her fiancé Jionni LaValle and then quickly, “pull a Kim Kardashian.”
In one photo, the brunette poses in a white silky robe, which is left open to reveal she is wearing nothing underneath. Another picture appears to show the now-pregnant reality star grabbing her breast, while wearing eye-popping luminous green nail varnish.
The site also claims to have leaked nude pictures of ex-Jersey Shore star Angelina Pivarnick, and also carries a number of other topless pictures where a woman’s face is covered by her cellphone or long dark hair.
Sources tell us the pictures are at least two years old, and heavily-pregnant Snooki doesn’t know why or how they leaked.
A rep for Snooki told The Post, “Her legal team is looking into this.”
The rep added in a statment, “Clearly these are old and personal photos that were not meant for the public. It’s a shame someone decided to leak them for obvious personal gain.”
Polizzi appeared on Good Morning America Monday to discuss her pregnancy and how she is handling filming the sixth season of “Jersey Shore” while expecting. Polizzi talked about how “painful” she thinks breast-feeding is.
“It just looks so painful,” Polizzi said. “But I definitely want to pump, because it has the best nutrients for your baby.”
She also admitted she’s been avoiding the booze while sporting her baby bump.
“I don’t like to be around people that drink, because then I’ll miss it,” she explained.
