Watch those claws!
During an appearance on “The Graham Norton Show” (airing Friday, May 2), Hugh Jackman, who plays Wolverine in “X-Men,” revealed he had a close call while wearing his character’s signature blades during a nude scene.
“There was a very intense first scene and I insisted on a closed set,” said Jackman, according to the Sun. “I ran around the corner and all the female members of the crew were gathered there.”
He continued, “I tried to cover myself and cut my inner thigh — it was just the inner thigh, thankfully. The metal claws had to go — you can’t have bits and pieces flying off.”
The actor, 45, next appears in “X-Men: Days of Future Past,” which hits theaters July 14.
