Bieber ‘high on pot, Rx drugs’ during drag racing bust

Troubled pop star Justin Bieber had pot and prescription meds in his system when cops busted him for allegedly racing on Miami streets last week, officials said.

Results of toxicology tests showed Bieber came up positive for THC and Alprazolam, the components of marijuana and the anti-anxiety drug Xanax, according to multiple broadcast reports on Thursday.

Bieber tested negative for cocaine, opiates, meth and other drugs.

The puny pop star was arrested in Miami Beach last Thursday when he and a pal were allegedly drag racing on a quiet residential street.

He’s free on $2,500 and charged with driving under the influence, resisting arrest and driving without a valid license.

Bieber also has legal problems in his native Canada, where he’s accused of punching a limo driver on Dec. 30 in Toronto.

The puny hit maker is being investigated by LA County Sheriff’s deputies in connection to an egg attack on his neighbor’s home, causing  $20,000  damage.

But Bieber has at least one supporter out there – embattled mayor Toronto Rob Ford.

“You know what, he’s a young guy,” Ford told Washington D.C.’s 106.7 FM on Thursday morning.

“At 19 years old I wish I was as successful as he was. He’s 19-year-old guys,  think back to when you were 19, you know?”
