A Manhattan judge has officially signed off on the Tom Cruise and Katie Homes divorce settlement, meaning both are officially single.
Holmes filed for divorce from her hubby of six years in June, catching the “Mission: Impossible” star by surprise. After two weeks of media reports about Holmes’ issues with Cruise’s Scientology fixation, they announced they’d settled their differences in early July.
The details apparently took a while to hammer out. The agreement – which includes provisions for raising their daughter Suri – was presented to Justice Matthew Cooper on Monday, and he signed off on the deal.
Neither Homes nor Cruise were present for the signing.
The terms of the agreement are confidential, and they’ll stay that away – the judge ordered the already-sealed file impounded, meaning it’ll be locked in a safe in the basement of 60 Centre Street.
