Joan Rivers has made a career out of cracking inappropriate jokes about celebrities, but has she gone too far this time?
The 80-year-old was asked by a TMZ reporter what she thought about Lindsay Lohan’s recent revelation that she had a miscarriage during the taping of her reality TV show.
“I hope she kept it,” Rivers said about Lohan’s miscarriage.
As her daughter Melissa recoiled in disgust, Rivers kept going.
“Excuse me, what do you think I am?” Rivers asked.
“I was born with a coat hanger in my ear.”
But she didn’t stop there.
When asked if she thought Lohan, 27, would have been a good mother, Rivers laughed and said, “She would have been diapering the wrong end.”
