David O. Russell didn’t want “Hunger Games” star Jennifer Lawrence to be hungry on the Philadelphia set of his “Silver Linings Playbook.” “I like her as a real person,” he told us at a screening Sunday at Florence Gould Hall. “She looked like she’d been working [out] hard. I just encouraged her to relax and eat a good meal. She immediately got herself a . . . cheese steak.” Russell added that to set the tone, he, Lawrence and Bradley Cooper all debated “our favorite naughty snacks” on the film’s set daily, from Oreos to Lay’s. But at a Hotel Plaza Athénée after-party, Lawrence — who’s getting Oscar buzz for her role — looked like she was back in Katniss Everdeen shape as she’s already shooting “Hunger” sequel “Catching Fire.” After Anna Wintour approached Lawrence at the Peggy Siegal Co. event, the actress exclaimed, “I just met Miranda Priestly!” referring to Meryl Streep’s Wintour-like character in “The Devil Wears Prada.” Also spotted at the Dior and Lexus-sponsored bash were Jeremy Renner, Harvey Weinstein and Julie Taymor.
