Night-life impresario Jeffrey Jah, Milk Studios’ Mazdack Rassi
, Paul Sevigny, Sebastian Nicholas, Mark Baker and Naomi Watts’ brother, celeb photographer Ben, were not going to be held back by the storm, and got down and dirty on Halloween, hosting an erotica-themed party at the Penthouse Executive Club. Strippers milled around the Midtown space, giving the occasional lap dance, and imbibing guests dressed in all manner of revealing attire — from bathrobes to tiny pirate and cheerleader outfits. One man clothed in a doctor’s coat with the words “Orgasm Donor” was also spotted dancing around the club. Electric Room’s Nur Khan turned up, making it a room full of night-life power players.
