Katie Holmes celebrated the opening of her Broadway play “Dead Accounts” with her co-stars at the Lambs Club on Monday night. Holmes looked happy as she mingled with cast and crew including actress Judy Greer and Josh Hamilton. The show was supposed to start previews on Nov. 3, but Sandy pushed back the opening to Monday. The storm also forced Holmes to evacuate from her Chelsea apartment.
