John Galliano will head to a Parisian court to face off against his former employer Christian Dior. A hearing has been set for Oct. 24 for the designer to pursue damages after he was ousted in 2011 from the fashion house over his anti-Semitic tirade. Dior claims he was an independent contractor, but Galliano argues he was a salaried employee of Dior and is said to be pursuing $7 million to $8 million in damages.
