“Twilight” creator Stephenie Meyer, 39, and two hunky young stars of her new film franchise “The Host” — Max Irons and Jake Abel — have been on a cross-country tour during which Irons and Abel are serenading young fans. Between appearances promoting the film, the duo’s performing music at children’s hospitals, and have so far played Atlanta, Philadelphia and Dallas. We hear a favorite is a rendition of Justin Bieber’s “Baby.” “The patients have told them they have to learn ‘Boyfriend,’ so they’re working on that next,” said a source. The pair hits town with Meyer for a premiere March 27. Irons had an on-set romance with co-star Emily Browning, but they split after filming. Browning, we hear, will be back for “The Host” sequel in a bigger role.
