Kim K divorce: She may be ‘forced to admit faking scenes’

Kris Humphries’ lawyers reportedly intend to force Kim Kardashian to admit under oath that she staged scenes for her show, “Keeping Up With the Kardashians.”

The pregnant reality star is “freaking out that she is going to be forced to testify that aspects of the Kardashian reality show are fake,” a source told RadarOnline. “Kim has always said how much she loves her fans and viewers.”

It emerged in March that the popular E! reality show is less than real. In a leaked deposition, producer Jay Russell revealed that at least two scenes taped after the divorce filing were scripted, that Kardashian used a “tear stick” to cry on the show and that some scenes were even created from scratch.

A source close to Humphries said he is looking forward to his day in court.

“Kris has been absolutely trashed by the Kardashians in the press,” the insider told Radar. “He has taken the high road and never spoken negatively about Kim, or her family, despite the hell they have put him through.”

Humphries is seeking an annulment because he feels his 72-day marriage was a fraud. Kardashian denies defrauding the NBA player and wants a divorce granted instead.

Meanwhile, Humphries was a no-show for their divorce settlement hearing today at 8:30 a.m. PST. TMZ reports that he was in New York City at 1 a.m. looking “extremely upset.”

Kardashian, however, showed up on time and sat in the jury box, hands crossed on her lap, as the case was called. A judge sealed the proceedings, citing rules mandating confidentiality for divorce settlement discussions.

She arrived under heavy security and was brought into the courtroom through a back entrance. Her hair was tied back in a ponytail and she kept her hands crossed on her lap while she listened to Judge Hank Goldberg explain to reporters that the hearing would be closed.

“I always wanted to be a juror,” she joked to deputies before taking her seat.
