Before his Tribeca Film Festival kicked off, Robert De Niro hosted a high-powered birthday bash for his wife, Grace Hightower, at Jean-Georges Vongerichten’s Perry Street. Guests included Sting and Trudie Styler, Mayor Bloomberg and Diana Taylor, and Hugh Jackman and Deborra-Lee Furness. A spy said the curtains were closed so the VIP couples could dance the night away in privacy. Meanwhile, this morning, De Niro appeared on FOX 5’s “Good Day New York,” and anchor Rosanna Scotto read him his own famous lines and asked what films the words were from. After identifying many, De Niro was stumped by, “There are three ways of doing things around here . . . ” — from “Casino.”
