Jennifer Lawrence reveals bullying past

It’s hard to imagine that Jennifer Lawrence, one of the biggest stars in Hollywood, was bullied growing up.

“I changed schools a lot when I was in elementary school because some girls were mean,” the Louisville, Kentucky native admitted to The Sun.

Lawrence then recalled how in middle school, a girl gave her invitations to a birthday party to hand out to other students – a party that JLaw was not invited to.

“But that was fine,” she retorted. “I just hocked a loogie on them and threw them in the trash can.”

“Don’t worry about the bitches — that could be a good motto, because you come across people like that throughout your life,” she added.

Clearly, Lawrence has had the last laugh. The beloved 22-year-old has two mega-franchises under her belt (“The Hunger Games” and “X-Men”), a glamorous ad campaign with Dior, and a shiny new Oscar for her role in “Silver Linings Playbook.”

But in self-deprecating fashion, she dismissed her A-List status. “I’m one of the most untalented people. Literally, acting is the only thing I can do — and I don’t know if I really know how to do that.”

“It’s ridiculous, because I don’t think of myself as a star,” she continued. “I saw this guy recently who’s not even that famous, he’s just in an ad on TV, and I almost had a heart attack.”

She also told the UK publication about her stunning looks, “As for being a sex symbol, I don’t think of myself as sexy and, obviously, it’s not true. I’m going to try to push that out of my mind because it makes me queasy.”
