New York nightlife don Danny Abeckaser may have left the scene behind to pursue acting and directing, but his latest project takes him back to his days as a club promoter.
Abeckaser is wrapping up production on “The Life,” which follows a New York club promoter on his way to big business in Las Vegas and includes scenes shot at his old stomping grounds Avenue, Marquee and the Dream Hotel.
The film stars Jerry Ferrara, Jessica Szohr, Robert Davi and Busta Rhymes.
