NO ROOM FOR FOOD AT ‘MILK’

THE Cinema Society/Details magazine party for “Milk” at the Bowery Hotel was so packed, some guests had to plop down on the floor Indian-style to eat. But Diane von Furstenberg, noting the lack of seats, invited Barry Diller, Valentino Garavani and Marisa Berenson back to her place for a meal prepared by her private chef. Sean Penn, Liev Schreiber and a very pregnant Naomi Watts huddled in a corner, while David Blaine did card tricks for Emile Hirsch, James Franco and a gaggle of cigarette-smoking girls. Marc Jacobs arrived with boyfriend Lorenzo Martone, while “Gossip Girl” actress Taylor Momsen came with her mom, but spent much time chatting with Chace Crawford. And Mickey Rourke had the nerve to show up to celebrate the film about slain gay politician Harvey Milk despite having had to apologize this month for calling a reporter a “faggot.”
