On top of all of the other unkind things being said about Michael Lohan, he’s now being accused of skipping out on a promise to raise money for people with special needs. Jeff Cohen, a director of Long Island charity FREE (Family Residences and Essential Enterprises), said Lindsay‘s father wriggled out of a pledge he made to participate in a charity boxing match last year. Cohen told us: “Michael said he wanted to fight for our charity, but he didn’t show up to train. Then he said he couldn’t fight because it would violate his parole. Now I hear he’s planning a ton of other celebrity boxing matches across the country.” Cohen added: “He just wasted everybody’s time. He’s just a fame whore. For him it’s a publicity stunt, for us it’s a fund-raiser for individuals with special needs. He didn’t stand up and be a man.”
