Asked the tiny dog’s name, she replied, “It’s Sid, but he’s not at all vicious.” Also on hand were “Gossip Girl” villain Michelle Trachtenberg, Osbourne’s “Dancing With the Stars” co-stars Max Chmerkovskiy (with an unidentified gorgeous blonde), and Kelly’s dance partner, Louis van Amstel.
