En Garde, New York! Two silver medalists from the US Olympic fencing team are popping up in the fashion world, reports The Post’s Jennifer Gould Keil. The swashbuckling pair — Tim Morehouse and Jason Rogers — is trying to push their sport into the spotlight the way Ar gentinean Nacho Figueras made polo matches in the Hamptons the place to be for the in crowd. “Fencing is a sport of power, grace, intelligence and style, and it really reflects the values of New York City. You have to be passionate, gritty and unique,” said Morehouse. “And carrying a sword never hurts when you’re rid ing the subway,” he added. The duo is gaining support from brands like Hugo Boss, Calvin Klein and stores like Saks Fifth Avenue. Louis Vuitton even flew Rogers to Paris to model. “We kind of fell into the fashion community in New York by accident, but it turns out that fashion and fencing have a great synergy. People relate to the imagery of fencing and its style,” Morehouse said.
