MichaelLohan‘s former fiancée claims he beat her and once put a lit cigarette out on her scalp. In court papers, Erin Muller, who dated Lohan for 2½ years, alleges he “slapped [her] in the face twice because Erin accused him of giving her a fake watch on her birthday” in December 2007. The following year, she claims, he “punched [her] in the mouth,” beat her with a “stiletto heel” and “put a lit cigarette out on her scalp.” In November 2009, she claims, he became “extremely enraged and began punching [her] in the head with a closed fist” while in his car. Erin wants a Nassau County court to dismiss charges from Lohan that she kicked him in the head. Michael, the father of Lindsay Lohan, told Page Six, “All these allegations are a lie. If these things are true, why didn’t she complain about it years ago?” Muller’s lawyer didn’t return calls.
