He’s certainly earned it. Sources say Derek Jeter is away on yet another Caribbean break. The Yankee captain and his gorgeous girlfriend, Minka Kelly, were said to be spending New Year’s Eve on ultraexclusive Canouan Island in the Grenadines. One source said Jeter’s family, including younger sister Sharlee, have also flown to the island, which boasts a Raffles resort and a Trump International golf club. Last month, The Post revealed that Jeter and Kelly, who are rumored to be planning a wedding, jetted off to St. Barts after the World Series. Jeter’s rep couldn’t be reached.
