Kim Kardashian is battling a diet-program firm that claimed she was following its regimen. Dr. Siegal’s Cookie Diet sued the curvy beauty for unspecified dough after she grumbled: “Dr. Siegal’s cookie diet is falsely promoting that I’m on this diet. Not true! I would never do this unhealthy diet! I do QuickTrim! If this Dr. Siegal is lying about me being on this diet, what else are they lying about?” But Cookie Diet CEO Matthew Siegal said Kardashian “failed to say she is a paid endorser of [diet pill] QuickTrim. She made a derogatory statement about our brand, and that negative impact could cost us tens of millions of dollars.” A source told us, “Kim doesn’t agree with a diet that involves eating cookies, and she is not going to be bullied.” Last year, Denise Richards had to deny she was dating Bradley Cooper after Cookie Diet’s p.r. reps falsely claimed they were together at the Beverly Hills store.
