Rudy and Judith Giuliani, who already have a place in the Hamptons, have upgraded their digs in Florida. The former mayor and his wife bought an apartment at the Palm Beach Towers on Coconut Row for $410,000 four years ago. The Palm Beach Daily News reports they recently bought a 2,000-square-foot, three-bedroom apartment in the Southlake on Lake Drive for $1.4 million. The seller was the estate of a widower who died in November. “They’re moving in in time for Valentine’s Day,” said a friend. “They are very much in love.”
