Andre Balazs suffers toe trauma

Andre Balazs needed a cane to maneuver around a Purple magazine dinner at Kenmare on Sunday night. “I accidentally stumbled over a piece of luggage at home,” breaking his toe, he told Page Six. But the hotelier wisely spent most of the evening sitting with Daphne Guinness. Kenmare is the new restaurant co-owned by Paul Sevigny, and although he maintains that it isn’t the new Beatrice Inn, the crowd included Purple founder Olivier Zahm, Paul’s sister Chloe Sevigny, Jared Leto, Terry Richardson, Cynthia Rowley, Eric Villency and David LaChapelle.
